year_month_weekday_last 클래스는 특정 연도와 월의 마지막 평일(weekday)을 나타냅니다. 이는 필드 기반 시간 점으로, std::chrono::days 의 해상도를 가지지만, 연도와 월의 마지막 평일만을 가리키도록 제한됩니다. std::chrono::years 및 std::chrono::months 지향 산술 연산이 직접 지원됩니다. std::chrono::sys_days 로의 암시적 변환을 통해 std::chrono::days 지향 산술 연산을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있습니다.

year_month_weekday_last 는 TriviallyCopyable StandardLayoutType 입니다.
