만약 r이 함수 템플릿, 변수 템플릿, 클래스 템플릿 또는 별칭 템플릿에 템플릿 인수를 치환하여 생성된 개체를 나타내면 true을 반환합니다. 그렇지 않으면 false을 반환합니다.

true 만약 r이 템플릿에서 인스턴스화된 개체를 나타내면, 그렇지 않으면 false.
참고
만약 has_template_arguments(r)이 true이면, 함수 std::meta::template_of 및 std::meta::template_arguments_of는 각각 해당 템플릿과 템플릿 인수를 반환합니다.
