경로가 절대 경로인지 상대 경로인지 확인합니다. 절대 경로는 root_path ( ) 요소들이 파일 시스템 위치를 고유하게 식별하는 경로입니다. 첫 번째 버전은 경로가 절대 경로일 경우 true 를 반환하고, 그렇지 않을 경우 false 를 반환합니다; 두 번째 버전은 그 반대로 동작합니다.
