타입 T 가 참조 타입인 경우, 최상위 cv-한정자가 제거된 T 가 참조하는 타입을 멤버 typedef type 으로 제공합니다. 그렇지 않은 경우 type 은 최상위 cv-한정자가 제거된 T 입니다.

프로그램이 std::remove_cvref 에 대한 특수화를 추가하는 경우, 동작은 정의되지 않습니다.
